Well a delayed December meeting report, combined with a timely January one! 9 of us made it to the Indian Brewery for the pre-Christmas bash, with excellent food and beer. A healthy crowd of 13 people including a few new faces came to the Bull for the November 2018 meeting to see Tim Williams’ presentation on video encoding, the talk was well received and sparked many questions and items for discussion. As always this was followed by further discussion on computing topics.
17 People came to the “re-boot” meeting at which Heather Lomond gave an excellent talk on the Shropshire LUG’s balloon project. We’re looking forward to hearing about how the project concludes once the balloon launch takes place. The next meeting will be on 20th November 2018, the talk details will be posted shortly.
